Configuration and ordering
Use 1 × 8 mode to distribute one DMX input across eight outputs. Choose 2 × 4 mode for two independent input groups, each feeding four outputs. Independent port power supplies and optical isolation separate the signal paths.

What are the two operating modes?
In 1 × 8 mode, one input feeds all eight outputs. In 2 × 4 mode, two separate input signals feed two independent groups of four outputs. Choose the mode from the front panel.
What isolation does the splitter provide?
Each input and output has an independent power supply and optical isolation. Input-to-output isolation withstand voltage is specified as greater than 300 V AC.
Which connector version is shown?
These product photos show two 3-pin male XLR inputs and eight 3-pin female XLR outputs. The connector specification also includes a 5-pin configuration; state the version needed when requesting a quotation.
